- Role & responsibilities
- Provide training regarding instrument and equipment operation and safety measures regarding hazardous chemicals and process.
- Responsible for online review and release of analysis in quality control laboratory.
- Supervising technicians and other staff members and providing guidance.
- to perform all qualification activities of instrument and equipment in QC Lab.
- To ensure the availability of glassware, reagents, chemicals and other consumable in the QC lab.
- to ensure all cGMP, GLP, and safety activities in the QC
- Issuance, review checked and submission of document
- Developing quality control processes.
- Collaborating with quality personnel for the implementation of systems, procedures, and standard of operation.
- to ensure the sampling, testing and release of RM, PM, In-process, intermediate and finished product in quality control department
