Officer / Executive - Purchase

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Officer / Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials/services at optimal cost and quality. The role plays a key part in maintaining efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, RFQs, and purchase orders
• Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
• Ensure timely procurement of materials/services as per business requirements
• Maintain vendor database and performance records
• Track orders, deliveries, and ensure adherence to timelines
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, stores)
• Ensure quality compliance and proper documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning
• Process invoices and coordinate with accounts for payments
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement procedures
