Officer - Express Service Solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously enhance express logistics products for global destinations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market requirements, and customer expectations.

• Serve as the key contact for the global product portfolio, providing timely and effective support to internal stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain quality monitoring mechanisms and reporting tools to track product performance, identify improvement areas, and uphold service standards.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to assess product competitiveness and lead initiatives to optimize transit time, cost efficiency, customer experience, and internal workflow.

• Oversee the development and implementation of operational solutions that enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the IT team to translate business requirements into system features and ensure platform capabilities support product strategies.

• Set up and maintain rate structures, courier allocation logic, and related system rules to support effective shipping operations.

• Support Sales and Business Development teams by preparing, updating, and maintaining product information, sales materials, and related documentation.

• Develop contingency plans and alternative solutions to minimize service disruptions and ensure clear communication with relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure solution consistency across destinations and maintain alignment with strategic partners across different regions.

• Coordinate monthly billing processes with vendors and Finance to ensure accuracy, timely reconciliation, and proper follow-up.

• Monitor customs and regulatory changes and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders as required.

• Work closely with IT, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product management, implementation, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, express delivery, or cross-border e-commerce operations.

• Experience working with multicultural teams, regional partners, or international stakeholders is preferred.

• Relevant professional certification or specialized training in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, product management, or project management will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related tools for data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and performance tracking.

• Strong product management capability with sound commercial awareness and business acumen.

• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

• Well-organized with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow-up actions.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, open-minded, adaptable, and results-driven.

• Service-oriented and collaborative, with a positive attitude and willingness to support business priorities.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency will be an advantage.
