Officer, Graphic Designer

• Develop creative and innovative design concepts in line with business requirements, specified guidelines, and the Fund’s objectives.
• Create designs for both print and digital media, including logos, brochures, flyers, social media posts, illustrations, and other marketing materials.
• Edit and enhance images and graphic designs using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ensure final designs are aligned with the Fund’s brand identity and meet established quality standards.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with organizational units to understand their needs and requirements.
• Refine and revise designs based on feedback and input.
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in graphic design.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders and organizational units in support of business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a regional or international environment or recognized government institutions or agencies.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media content, websites, and corporate materials.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing using tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Familiarity with print production processes, including file preparation and working with print vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate concepts quickly and effectively through sketches, storyboards, and digital and print materials.
• Strong proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Experience in website design and creative, interactive digital media.
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative ideas.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Good knowledge of design principles and typography.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
