Officer - Human Resources & Administration

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for HR & Admin. functions including recruitment and screening, coordinate interview, staff on/off boarding, maintain and update staff leave and attendance record, employee relations, and medical administration
• Maintain HR system and staff database and C&B administration etc.
• Provide office administrative support
• Resolving employee queries relating to HR benefits and general administration matters
• Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities
• Assist related ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Business related discipline

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, HR operations or a related field preferably from a sizable organization

• familiar with the employment legislations in Hong Kong;

• Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;

• Proficient in PC applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Quick learner with strong self-motivation;

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer  - HR & Admin.
