The Opportunity

We are looking for a service-minded and proactive IT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical support for employees and ensure smooth operation of the company’s IT systems, devices, software, and workplace technology.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, supporting users, managing devices and system access, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to maintain reliable and efficient IT operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• User & Technical Support - Provide daily IT support to employees for hardware, software, applications, printers, email, internet, and other workplace technology. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely and record, track, and follow up IT support requests until resolution.
• Hardware & Software Support - Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, notebooks, printers, mobile devices, and related IT equipment. Install and support operating systems, Microsoft Office, business applications, antivirus, and authorized software. And prepare IT equipment for new employees and manage equipment returns for resigned or transferred employees.
• User Account & Access Management - Create, modify, and disable user accounts and system access according to approved requests. Support email, shared drives, applications, and access permissions. And maintain accurate records of user accounts and access rights.
• Network & IT Infrastructure Support - Perform basic troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, network devices, and related infrastructure. Monitor and report system or network issues and coordinate escalation when necessary. And work with IT vendors or service providers to resolve technical problems.
• IT Asset & Inventory Management - Maintain accurate records of computers, notebooks, software licenses, accessories, and other IT assets. Monitor equipment allocation, movement, repair, replacement, and disposal. And conduct periodic IT asset and inventory checks.
• System & Application Support - Provide first-level support for internal systems and business applications. Coordinate with system owners, vendors, and users when incidents require further investigation. And support system testing, implementation, upgrades, and deployment of new IT solutions as assigned.
• IT Documentation & Reporting - Maintain IT support records, asset records, user access information, troubleshooting guides, and related documentation. Prepare regular IT support reports, incident summaries, and outstanding issue reports. And support IT policies, procedures, security controls, and other IT operational requirements.

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Technical Support, or a related role. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
3. Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365/Office, PC/Notebook Hardware, Printers, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking.
4. Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and user-related issues.
5. Basic understanding of User Account, Access Permission, IT Security, Antivirus, Backup, and IT Asset Management.
6. Strong service mind, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
7. Able to prioritize multiple support requests and work effectively under time-sensitive situations.
8. Experience supporting hospital, clinic, healthcare, or multi-branch operations would be an advantage.
