Officer, InnoCell

The Position

• Handle daily admission applications matters including but not limited to handle general enquiries (both email and phone call), prepare licence agreements, deal with complaints, etc.
• Engage in managing booking system for reservation and room assignment tasks, process payment and refund arrangements and any other reservation issues
• Conduct and arrange site visit to potential applicants or guests
• Assist and provide on-site supports to residents (on-site station may be required)
• Assist in leasing reports and conduct researches as required
• Provide administrative support to the team and preform ad-hoc duties as required

The Candidate

• Diploma or above preferably in Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent
• Working experience in tenancy administration, customer services, and operation supports in property developer preferred
• A strong team player who is responsible, willing to learn, proactive, independent, well-organized and detailed-minded
• Good computer and administrative skills with high accuracy in utilizing large amount of database
• Familiar with hotel property management system (PMS) such as Oasis, Opera is an advantage
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Travelling to the site(s) of service contractor(s) is required
