Educational Qualification

• Minimum qualification: Full-time B.E. / MCA / B. Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics and Telecommunications with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University at the time of application.

Experience- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience preferably in BFSI sector

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technology vendor and consultant management.
• Administration and access management for internal compliance tracking systems and external regulatory reporting portals.
• Ensuring adherence to IT governance frameworks and regulatory reporting protocols.
• Handling IT project milestones, system change requests, and tracking invoice processing for technology assignments.
• Coordinating the submission, checking, and validation of IT audit evidence.
• Liaising and coordinating with internal stakeholders, IT groups, and regulatory bodies where the Bank has compliance obligations.
• Management of outsourced technology service providers, project deliverables, and milestone-based payments.
• Resolve inquiries and problems regarding compliance mapping, system access, and project dependencies.
• Provide data and assistance to staff and senior management for IT governance reporting, board note preparation, and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with IT related regulatory guidelines.

Key skills required:

• Conversant with IT project management, regulatory compliance frameworks, and IT governance functions.
• Efficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and other MS Office Suite Applications.
• Ability to work with executive management and technical IT teams.
• Stakeholder management and official communication skills.
• Ability to manage regulatory portal submissions and IT compliance tracking functions catering to operations and business requirements.
• Ability to manage and coordinate work with third-party technology vendors and consultants.
• Experience in IT evidence validation, audit coordination, project timeline tracking, and data management.
• Managing cross-functional coordination between internal departments and external service providers for regulatory adherence.
• Drafting skills for preparing official memorandums, board notes, and committee meeting minutes.
