IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for ensuring service quality and compliance with organizational standards, SOPs, and customer-handling guidelines. The role involves enhancing customer satisfaction as measured through CSAT scores, mystery shopping results, and service quality assessments. The incumbent will ensure efficient shop operations, adherence to shop standards, achievement of assigned commercial targets, and revenue enhancement through effective sales and service delivery. The position also requires taking ownership of team development and performance improvement, ensuring compliance with the organization's framework, and maintaining strong product and process knowledge to improve service efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Ensure service quality compliance and adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and customer-handling standards.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by improving CSAT scores and ensuring positive mystery shopping results.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned commercial targets through effective sales and service delivery.
• Ensure service efficiency and compliance with established shop standards and operational procedures.
• Take ownership of team development, performance improvement, and capability building.
