Roles and Responsibilities

• Constantly work towards improving productivity, Cost reduction and enhancing profitability of the organisation.
• To ensure safety, security proper use and maintenance of company assets, maintain clean, hygienic and efficient work place and ensure discipline in the Deptt.
• Co-oridnate in preparation and finalisation of Annual Plan with Sales & Marketing Teams & other Department.
• Receiving, Monitoring, getting necessary approvals where required monitoring in the claims monitoring register and forwarding to F & A Deptt for credit and debit notes.
• Getting back credit notes/ debit notes/ rejection notes from F&A Deptt., Monitoring in the claim monitoring register & despatcing to the concerned R.S/F.F/Transport company.
• Despatch Centre (Factory Management in co-ordination with Manufacturing & F&A Departments.
• Take Properly filled Transport information Forms together with competitive freights rates(FTL:10MT/FTL:5 MT/Part Load) with delivery time committment and negotiate best possible rates and terms in coordination with respective Dispatch Center.
• Timely receipt of proper PODs for each despatch by Respective Despatch Centre.
• Bill Passing/Claim Recovery/Release of Payments in co-ordination with respective Despatch Centre and F&A Deptt.
• Monitoring Actual Despatch of POP with goods despatched and meticulous monitoring of POP sent based on sales Invoices.
• Daily Pending Order status.
• Daily DDR & SOPA action in co-ordination with Corporate Mfg. & Respective Despatch Centres to ensure every order is despatched within two days of receipt without fail.
• Regular Co-ordination and Quality Inter-action with the following Departments(internal Customer) to ensure achievement of Geographical Corporate Objective of Sales Volumes.
• Ensure timely generation of accurate MIS & circulate the same to concerned as per MIS List.
• Maintain all records regularly and properly.
