Job Title: Officer, Production planning & Data Management -

Location bases: Samut Sakhon

Job Purpose

Provide data, reporting, and coordination support across MPS Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations. This role ensures that key operational data is accurate, timely, and readily available for decision-making. Additionally, the role coordinates system-related issues, supports KPI reporting, assists in cost analysis, and helps maintain smooth information flow across functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and update production planning data (MPS, capacity, line capability, production actual).
• Generate routine reports such as Plan vs Actual, Schedule Adherence, Capacity Utilization, and Material Readiness.
• Support system testing, enhancement requests, and upgrades.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports (e.g., OTIF, Schedule Adherence, Inventory, Manufacturing KPIs).
• Perform data analysis for operational improvement initiatives.
• Consolidate data from MPS, Production, QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain functions.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all systems and reporting platforms.
• Ensure effective communication between functional teams regarding data updates or system changes.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to planning meetings, reports submission, and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, MPS, Supply Chain, Data Management, or related functions. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Good understanding of production planning and MPS (Master Production Schedule) is an advantage.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly data analysis, reporting, PivotTable, and lookup functions.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and analytical skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, follow up on issues, and work effectively under deadlines.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or production planning systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferable.
