Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
• Experience in Data Entry
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Review documents and collect applications for visa processing.
• Address customer/applicant queries in person or via email and telephone.
• Handle cash and bank transactions when assigned, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Record and maintain all application data, ensuring accurate and timely data entry with zero errors.
• Oversee the administration and logistics of documents delivery to the consulate, applicant, or logistics company.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, manuals, and guidelines without deviation.
• Inform applicants about available Value-Added Services and ensure the delivery of these options to applicants/customers.
• Encourage applicants to provide feedback on the services offered and their overall experience at the application center.
• Ensure that all processes are completed within the mandated turnaround time (TAT).
