OFFICER - PARKING

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Transportation, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Parking Management, Transportation, Facility Management, or Operations will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of parking management, traffic flow, parking systems, and safety and security procedures for parking areas.
• Able to monitor parking area conditions, traffic flow, parking capacity, and parking system operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with good problem-solving abilities; responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.

Job Description:

• Monitor and ensure parking area operations run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor traffic flow, parking capacity, and parking area conditions to maintain smooth operations and user convenience.
• Conduct checks and monitoring of the parking system, and follow up on any technical or operational issues that occur.
• Coordinate with parking attendants, vendors, and relevant departments in carrying out parking operational activities.
• Prepare parking operational reports, and record and follow up on issues occurring in the parking area.
