Officer, Parts and Services Solution

Responsibilities：

• Oversee the entire customer inquiry-to-work order fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring accurate, competitive quotes are prepared, approved, and delivered promptly
• Direct the reception and processing of service requests and quote inquiries from all channels (customers, sales reps, e-forms, hotline calls, email, WhatsApp, etc), ensuring timely, professional responses and confirming work schedules
• Handle service quotes, work orders, cost sheets, and tender documents (including cost calculations and application processes)
• Proactively follow up and manage the contract renewal process for maintenance services
• Partner closely with sales representatives to resolve order status inquiries, credit issues, and provide seamless customer support
• Schedule, route, and assign work orders to foremen and field technicians efficiently
• Track work progress and technician status to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to customer commitments
• Uphold company policies, SOPs, and service standards across all customer service activities and documentation
• Perform ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management to improve processes, systems, or service offerings

Requirements：

• Diploma/Degree holder in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience involving customer experience or customer relations management (1 year at supervisory position is an advantage)
• Knowledge of Caterpillar products and warranty policy is an advantage
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in ERP system, MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong people management skills with effective communication abilities
• Detailed-minded, well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are also welcome
