Officer Site Supervisor

As an Officer Site Supervisor at Borneo Development Corporation (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.199201008829 (240332-X), you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the company's construction sites.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the supervision of construction works at site or a similar role.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Relevant certification in site supervisor is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent technical skills and the ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and relevant documents.
• Strong team leadership and time management skills.
• High attention to details and firm commitment to maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, government officers, and consultants to provide updates and address concerns.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
