Officer - Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily order processing & system updates (Inbound and Outbound)
• Maintain accurate data record for inbound & outbound transactions in the system
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation
• Provide administrative support to daily operation
• Handle ad hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2–3 years of relevant experience; experience in handling medical devices is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility; cooperative, supportive, well-organized, and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Officer - Supply Chain
