Officer - Warehouse

What you'll be doing:

Objective:

• To ensure efficient warehouse and logistics operations by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting production requirements, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers while complying with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock control and cycle counting. Coordinate logistics arrangements to meet customer delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, ISO/IATF requirements, and safety regulations.

Job Description :

• Plan and coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities follow customer requirement.
• Coordinate transportation with appointed logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy maintained.
• Support production by ensuring timely material issuance.
• Prepare warehouse operational reports and KPIs.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Proficient in ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong planning and organizing skills, problem solving ability, and initiative are essential for managing daily operational challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential for reporting and daily administrative tasks.
