Offline Demand Generation Intern – RWA

Role Overview
We’re looking for energetic, field-oriented interns to drive offline demand generation by building relationships with RWAs and residents. The role involves identifying high-potential communities, coordinating with RWA committees, and executing on-ground activities to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and map relevant RWAs and residential communities in the target areas.
• Reach out to RWA committees, facility managers, and community representatives.
• Build relationships and secure permissions for on-ground activations.
• Plan and execute offline campaigns, events, stalls, demos, and community activities.
• Drive resident participation and lead generation during activations.
• Maintain a pipeline of RWAs and track outreach, meetings, activations, and leads.
• Collect feedback from residents and share insights with the growth team.
• Work closely with the marketing and partnerships teams to improve activation strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting people in person.
• High energy, ownership, and willingness to hustle.
• Ability to convince and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with targets and tracking numbers.
• Prior experience in sales, events, community building, or field marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
