Offline KA Group Manager - Walmart & Sams

该职位来源于猎聘 The role is created to orchestrate business growth and stakeholder‑relationship management across the assigned account portfolio of Walmart and Sam’s Club. Leveraging category management, joint business planning and rigorous execution, the role is accountable for delivering sales figures, market share and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibility：

• Lead the team to develop annual/quarterly Joint Business Plans (JBP) tailored to the unique channel dynamics of Sam’s Club, Walmart, deliver omni channel sales targets, promotion cadence, new product listing strategies and category growth initiatives.
• Establish and sustain long term strategic partnerships with customers and lead annual contract negotiations covering trade terms, marketing investment, display allocation, payment terms and other key clauses to further drive profitability.
• Demonstrate proven expertise in consumer lifecycle management, customer campaign strategy & execution, with in-depth insights into consumer engagement and coordinate with CM team on end-to-end campaign delivery.
• Keen market acumen, market insight and cross functional collaboration capability. Monitor competitor dynamics and adjust response strategies in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, economics, or others
• Minimum 5 years in KA sales/SMKT, with proven experience in giant customer negotiations or campaigns
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) for global collaboration and report documentation
• Willingness to travel.
• Deep understanding on Infant Formula category. Giant account management experience preferred.
• Highly data-driven with strong analytical sensitivity; proactive in thinking and learning; resilient under pressure; and equipped with solid capabilities in planning, proposal development, and presentation delivery.
