Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Management: Serve as the main point of contact for existing electronics retail stores, ensuring partner satisfaction and success.
• Business Expansion: Actively prospect, onboard, and integrate new device dealers/stores to grow Qoala's market presence.
• Training & Performance: Conduct product training for store staff and track sales performance to implement strategies that boost insurance sales results.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with store personnel and management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Retail Sales, Field Sales, Account Management, or Dealer Management. Preferably from Gadget (electronics industry)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is an advantage.
• Possession of a reliable mode of transportation is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to travel extensively within the South Mindanao region.
