Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Offset Halm Jet Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing presses, ensuring high-quality output for a variety of print jobs. Your expertise in press operation, color management, and technical troubleshooting will be vital to delivering exceptional products efficiently and accurately.

Duties

• Set up, operate, and monitor offset Halm Jet presses to produce high-quality printed envelopes according to production specifications.
• Adjust machine settings and perform routine maintenance to optimize print quality and prevent downtime.
• Interpret production documents, including job tickets and technical specifications, to ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process, identifying and resolving issues related to print defects or mechanical problems.
• Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine adjustments, and maintenance activities for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating offset printing presses or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust complex machinery.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing documents accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
