We are seeking a skilled Two-Color Sheetfed (Heidelberg) Press Operator to join our production team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong mechanical aptitude, and take pride in keeping precision machinery running at peak performance, we want to hear from you.

Primary Job Functions

• Setup & Operation: Efficiently set up and operate multi-unit sheetfed printing presses to manufacture high-quality complete book forms.
• Quality Control: Act as the final line of defense before binding. Continuously monitor print runs for color consistency and defects while verifying exact job quantities.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal press performance.
• Shop Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on offset printing press operation (sheetfed offset experience is strongly preferred).
• Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex press issues on the fly.
• Precision: Ability to accurately read, interpret, and follow detailed job instructions, safety specs, and maintenance guidelines.
• Physical Capability: Ability to safely and comfortably lift between 50–75 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Dependability: A rock-solid attendance record and the flexibility to work overtime during busy production cycles.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• 2nd Shift / 3rd Shift (Overnight)
