Western States Envelope & Label is looking for an experienced Presstek Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in Butler, WI. If you have offset printing experience, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll use your printing knowledge and technical skills to set up and operate our Presstek press, make adjustments throughout production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every job meets customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

Shift

3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday - 10:30 PM–6:30 AM

Training requirement: Candidates must be available to train on first shift, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate the Presstek offset printing press.
• Make press adjustments to maintain print quality and production efficiency.
• Monitor printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and overall quality.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary corrections.
• Follow job specifications and production schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to stand for approximate duration of scheduled shift (minus paid breaks), lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, repetitive grasping, frequent, twisting, lifting above shoulder height, occasional bend, reach, crouch, or stoop during an eight hour shift. Sensory requirements are tactile/touch with hands and digits, near and far visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Reasoning, mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills for appropriate operations of the equipment.
