Offset Printing Operator

Responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing machines to ensure print jobs meet the required specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate offset printing machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
• Review Job Sheets (JS) to understand the scope, specifications, and parameters of each print job.
• Set up, align, and configure printing machines before production.
• Inspect random print samples to ensure print quality, colour accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify and troubleshoot printing machine issues to minimise production downtime.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on printing machines.
• Complete and submit Daily Production Reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the printing work area.
• Comply with workplace safety procedures and production quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
