Offset Printing Press Operator

Role: 2nd Shift Press Operator supporting high-quality print production to advance relief, development, and peacebuilding efforts.

Responsibilities Include

• Setting up, running, and monitoring printing presses to produce materials for programs and communications.
• Interpreting work orders and performing makeready processes.
• Monitoring print quality and conducting basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ensuring safety standards are followed and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating within a cross-cultural, service-oriented environment aligned with Christian Anabaptist values.

Qualifications And Skills

• Ability to read work orders and perform press setup and operation.
• Attention to detail in quality control and recordkeeping.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for printing equipment.
