Offshore Chef Pastry

• Prepare the appropriate raw materials for the confection of pastries according to their quality and the product to be obtained;
• Identify and determine the quantities of raw materials and other ingredients necessary for the programmed confections, consulting recipes and technical specifications and making the necessary calculations;
• Prepare the technical sheets of cakes and other pastry products, determining quantities of raw materials and other necessary products, verifying their quality and quantity;
• Obtain information regarding the schedule of the day's production and the organization and distribution of work;
• Fill in the requisitions and survey the necessary raw materials and products, verifying their quantity and quality;
• Prepare the necessary equipment and utensils, respecting the conditions of hygiene and use;
• Make requisitions, according to the needs coming from the supply, also collaborating in the reception of products and in the verification of their quantities and quality;
• Control the quality of execution of the pastry service taking into account compliance with the defined standards and procedures;
• Organize the materials necessary to produce the dough and shape the bread;
• Calculates, weighs or measures flour, salt, water, milk, eggs and other ingredients necessary for the products to be manufactured;
• Prepares, weighs, doses and mixes flour, water and other ingredients;
• Supervises the cooking after which the products are unmolded and places them in baskets or mesh carts for cooling;
• Store and pack products in the best possible way;
• Performs other tasks specific to their duties;
