**Your Role
As a Offshore Production Coordinator, you are responsible for:**

• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of production, operational, or order fulfillment activities.
• Monitor job progress, production schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and manage priorities.
• Maintain accurate production records, job documentation, and operational reports.
• Track multiple jobs simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Identify production delays, workflow bottlenecks, or operational risks and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Support inventory, procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination activities, where applicable.
• Utilize job management, ERP, or workflow systems to manage production activities and maintain data accuracy.
• Assist in developing and improving operational processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.
• Perform other coordination and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in production coordination, operations, supply chain, order fulfillment, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred/Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting offshore teams or shared services operations.
• Experience using job management, ERP, or workflow management systems.
• Familiarity with production planning, order management, logistics, or supply chain processes.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, or cross-functional operational teams.
• Experience in the promotional products, manufacturing, printing, retail, or distribution industry is an advantage.
• Exposure to process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.
