Offshore Service Supervisor – Offshore Wind (SOV) German Waters | Eemshaven, Netherlands | B2B

We are looking for experienced Service Supervisors to lead and coordinate offshore inspection, maintenance and service activities on a long-term offshore wind project starting in January 2027. Candidates must have previous experience in a supervisory position within the wind energy industry. Offshore supervisory experience is preferred, but relevant onshore supervisory experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily inspection, maintenance and repair activities.
• Lead offshore service teams and allocate tasks according to operational priorities.
• Ensure that all activities are performed safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
• Coordinate personnel, tools, equipment and materials required for daily operations.
• Monitor work progress and ensure that inspection and maintenance documentation is completed.
• Conduct toolbox talks and support risk assessments and safe working practices.
• Report operational issues and communicate with project management and other relevant personnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the wind energy industry.
• Experience in coordinating service, maintenance or installation activities.
• Strong leadership, communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to supervise work in accordance with HSE procedures and quality standards.
• Good command of English.

Job Requirements We are looking for experienced Service Supervisors with a proven track record in the wind energy industry. Previous offshore experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant onshore supervisory experience are also encouraged to apply.
