Offshore Site Manager

Qualifications:

• Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and control multiple industrial service projects to ensure successful delivery within schedule, cost, and quality targets.

• Resource & Cost Management: Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal utilization, cost control, and project efficiency.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety initiatives to achieve zero incidents.

• Operational Supervision: Supervise and guide field teams to ensure adherence to operational standards, procedures, and customer requirements.

• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Monitor project performance, prepare progress reports, and drive improvement in operational efficiency, quality, and safety performance.

• Customer & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact with customers, addressing technical issues, resolving site challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and motivate site operators, ensuring proper task assignment, performance monitoring, and effective communication within the team.

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial cleaning, maintenance, or field service operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and and project management skills with ability to oversee multiple sites.
• Commitment to safety, with the ability to enforce safe work practices and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and decision-making capabilities.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for dealing with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Financial awareness and ability to manage costs effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
• High attention to detail, quality, and operational discipline.
• Physically fit to perform site supervision duties, including inspection and coordination in field conditions.
