Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marine Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in offshore operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing offshore teams and complex projects in challenging environments.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OPITO, or equivalent offshore safety qualifications.
