About The Job As a Principal Analyst in Office Facility Management, you are the most senior individual contributor in the craft, with no direct reports. You develop and implement operational plans and service models that have a direct, measurable effect on the facilities domain's overall results — well beyond a single site — and you take on the genuinely complex problems that trade off operational, financial, and human-capital impact at once. Your authority is expertise: advanced, well-developed knowledge applied through experience.

• Develop and implement operational plans and service models in line with the domain's priorities, owning their impact on overall performance
• Solve complex, cross-cutting problems that require weighing operational, financial, and people considerations together
• Enhance facilities standards, playbooks, vendor frameworks, and service levels, typically as a key member of the project team driving improvement
• Support the highest-stakes facilities projects end to end — major relocations, fit-outs, and new-market setups
• Own facilities spend and commercial cases for your scope, with forecasting and trade-off reasoning leadership relies on
• Persuade and convince senior stakeholders and partners of your recommended course, even where the final decision sits elsewhere
• Be the in-house authority others bring their toughest facilities questions to, raising practice across the domain without managing anyone

Job Requirements

• You have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• You operate as a top-tier individual contributor — your impact comes from expertise and judgment, not from a team you manage
• You build operational plans and service models that improve how facilities perform across the whole domain
• You solve problems that weigh operational, financial, and human-capital impact together, not single-thread fixes
• You set standards, playbooks, and frameworks that others across markets actually adopt
• You own commercial cases and budgets for your scope and your reasoning holds up under scrutiny
• You influence senior stakeholders by persuasion and evidence, even where the decision sits with someone else
• You communicate clearly and persuasively in English with leaders, vendors, and landlords
• You hold a relevant degree or equivalent, with deep, advanced facilities or workplace expertise built over many years
• You think in systems — you fix the cause, not the symptom, so problems don't recur
• You have designed an operating model or standard that scaled across a multi-site or multi-country portfolio
• You hold senior facilities or workplace credentials (IFMA CFM, IWFM, or equivalent)
• You bring deep expertise in sustainability, smart-building tech, or workplace experience design that sets you apart
