OFS FP&A Manager

For our client, we are seeking a OFS FP&A Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will support finance and operational planning for a global services organization, with responsibility for translating execution into clear financial insight. The position will partner closely with operations and FP&A teams to strengthen reporting, pacing, and monthly close processes. It will also help establish operating standards and improve visibility into performance and cost trends.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,600 – $179,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner for the field services ITR tool and manage system enhancements
• Lead the design and implementation of global operating standards for field services fulfillments
• Support services planning, pacing, monthly close, and reporting cycles to ensure financial accuracy
• Partner with Global Services FP&A and Operations to connect operational output with financial results
• Use data analytics to monitor performance and improve cost visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of financial work experience in a global business environment
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure
• Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
• Proactive approach to driving results in a fast-paced environment
• Operational mindset with strong business acumen and interest in finance
