OH & E Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS :

*****Bachelor in Science or Engineering Degree

*Minimum qualification: In possession of certification by a recognized organization in Occupational HS Managenement Systems as per standard ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and NEBOSH

EXPERINCE SECTOR :

3 years experience in the implementation of HSE Management System according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001

RESPONSABILITIES / TASKS:

-Implement the Corporate HSE Management System and OHS activities within the TR offices in the country, ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic objectives, Group standards, ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 requirements, Client requirements, and applicable local regulations.

• Ensure the creation, maintenance, preservation, control, and traceability of documented information required by the HSE Management System for TR offices in the country.

• Monitor and follow up HSE objectives, targets, risk and opportunities and performance indicators, ensuring periodic reporting and continuous improvement actions.

• Identify, evaluate, and monitor compliance with applicable HSE legal and regulatory requirements, including clients regulations.

• Prepare the annual Management Review Report, consolidating performance data, objectives, initiatives, incidents, audits, and improvement actions.

• Support internal and external audits related to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ensuring adequate follow-up and closure of findings and action plans.

• Develop Occupational Health and Safety activities related to training, medical surveillance, prevention activities, emergency preparedness, evacuation plans, and maintenance of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers and office safety systems required according to TR standards

• Develop periodic inspections in TR offices to ensure compliances ISO standards requirements.

• Coordinate the analysis of HSE data, audit results, incidents, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities to ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with HR - General Services and other support departments to collect and monitor environmental information related to waste management, energy consumption, paper consumption, and other environmental performance indicators.

• Promote HSE awareness and continuous improvement HSE culture across the offices through communication, training, and participation initiatives.

• Promote Wellbeing activities across the offices.

• Propose mechanisms for simplifying and optimizing HSE-related processes in order to improve organizational performance and ensure more efficient use of resources.
