Position: OHE Supervisor
Department: Railway Electrification Project
Location: Nagpur
Reporting To: Project Engineer / Project Manager

Job Summary

The OHE Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation, erection, and maintenance of overhead electrification (OHE) systems in railway projects. The role ensures that all site activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to railway standards and project drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and erection of OHE structures such as masts, portals, brackets, and insulators.
• Monitor installation of contact wire and catenary wire on railway tracks.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Manage and guide technicians, electricians, and labour teams at the site.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with railway safety rules.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and railway officials for smooth project execution.
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure proper use of materials and tools at the project site.

Qualification

• B.Tech/Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Railway Electrification / OHE projects preferred.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of OHE systems and railway electrification.
• Ability to supervise site activities and workforce.
• Understanding of electrical safety procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Railway OHE projects preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
