OHS Manager (จป.วิชาชีพ)

Location: Head Office, Asoke – Dindaeng (MRT Rama 9)

Work Day: Monday - Friday (08.30 - 17.00) 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s Safety policies, programs, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to proactively identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Oversee incident and accident investigations, analyze root causes, and lead corrective action plans.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and certification audits (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Oversee training programs and safety awareness campaigns for employee
• Maintain relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the environmental performance of the company.
• Mentor and supervise safety team members, and support in daily activities and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment.
• 10+ years of experience in Safety officer in Professional level.
• At least 2 years of experience in leader role.
• Experience in ISO45001, ISO14001 implementation.
• Excellent in English (require TOEIC 730+).
• Strong leadership with logical thinking.
• Ability to drive with Driver's License.
