I.             Job Summary

·            Manages the overall workflow of the IT Department;

·            Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems including desktop PCs, servers, network equipment, and software applications.

II.           Duties and Responsibilities

·            Assists in integration testing.

·            Programmer.

·            Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all server backups.

·            Monitors and performs AutoPay System and Data files backup.

·            Performs quarterly preventive maintenance for every workstation.

·            Quarterly Review of Web and Window-based systems.

·            Checks the monitoring and maintenance of the use of all IT-related devices.

·            Guides in the inventory of all hardware and software resources.

·            Analyzes requirements and functional specifications and translate them into design and program specifications.

·            Troubleshoots workstations, printers and other IT-related concerns.

·            Provides emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.

·            Performs on-site and remote technical support.

·            Ability to give written feedback and reports on product and customer issues.

·            Frequently provide for and deliver technical support training and attend important project meetings.

·            Performs other functions or tasks as maybe assigned from time to time by the Management.

III.        Job Specifications:

a.    Education/Experience:

·         Graduate of 4 year – BSIT

·         At least one (2 – 3 ) Years work experience.
