Oil Burner Technician

We are looking to add experienced Oil Burner Technicians to their established service departments. Our positions are permanent full-time, working daytime shifts, on call responsibilities are divided across 20 technicians and overtime is available. Responsibilities

• Installing, assessing, troubleshooting, and repairing customers' equipment and service needs (Oil, Propane, and AC)
• Identifying recommended work, communicating the information to the customer and service department.
• Performing efficiency tests on all combustion related installations
• Utilizing a company provided iPad and software as a communication method and documenting customer/job information.
• Communicating with Dispatcher and Service departments
• Maintaining a clean and neat service van and properly accounting for assigned tools and parts inventory
• Acting as the face of the company by providing respectful and informative customer service.

Experience:

• HVAC: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• MA Oil Burner License (Preferred)
