Duties

• Perform oil changes efficiently using hand tools and power tools, ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs such as tire service, alignments, and fluid levels.
• Assist with additional automotive repairs and diagnostics when needed, supporting the broader service team.
• Use automotive service knowledge to explain maintenance procedures to customers clearly and confidently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards for heavy lifting and mechanical tasks.
• Support vehicle maintenance tasks including tire rotations, brake inspections, and minor repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help promote additional services like alignments or sales of vehicle accessories by providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for vehicle maintenance.
• Experience in oil change services, tire servicing, and basic automotive repairs is essential.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting clients and explaining services clearly.
• Knowledge of automotive systems including engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical components is advantageous.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
