We're seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Oilfield Sales Representative who understands oilfield operations, can identify customer needs, and is ready to help grow our business.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business with oil and gas operators, drilling contractors, and service companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Promote Blueprint Fishing & Rental's fishing tools, rental equipment, and oilfield services.
• Visit well sites, drilling locations, and customer facilities to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and secure profitable business.
• Work closely with dispatch and field operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor oilfield activity and identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while representing Blueprint Fishing & Rental with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Previous oilfield sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fishing tools, downhole equipment, oilfield rentals, and related services is a plus.
• Established relationships within the oil and gas industry are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop accounts, build customer trust, and generate new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with operations personnel.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
