OJT - ACCOUNTING (INTERNSHIP)

The Finance OJT assists the Finance and Accounting team with daily financial operations, record keeping, and administrative tasks while gaining practical experience in accounting, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Filing of AP (online repayments).

Encoding weekly DES monitoring.

Updating of returned DES vouchers using accounting transmittal.

Sorting the received transmittal of original receipts from sales team.

Review and verify the returned vouchers from treasury.

Filing of the returned AP (trade and non-trade).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
