OJT FORKLIFT TECHNICIAN

• Assist senior technicians in the diagnosis,troubleshooting, and overhaul of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems on forklifts.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks under guidance such as changing fluids, replacing filters, lubricating parts and conducting tire or wheel changes.
• Learn to conduct multi-point safety inspections, checking brakes, steering masts, and lift controls before equioment is released back to operation.
• Help dismantle and reassemble heavy components using hand tools and jacks. Learn how to look up, retrieve, and inventory spare parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Assist in completing service logs, maintenance checklists and work orders to track repairs and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Vocational/ Technical program in Automotive Technology, Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Repair.

2. With atleast foundational knowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical or hydraulic principles.

3. Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy machinery parts and work in variable shop environments.

4. A strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, active listening and the ability to follow exact safety procedures and verbal commands.

5. Willing to be assigned in Liloan and Naga City Cebu

Pay: From Php5,000.00 per month
