ACCOUNTING OJT / INTERN

Cavella Philippines is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting OJT / Intern to join our team. This opportunity will allow students to gain practical experience in accounting and finance while being exposed to day-to-day business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Accounting and Finance Department with daily accounting tasks
• Assist in data entry, recording, and organizing financial transactions
• Prepare, sort, and maintain accounting documents and records
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring
• Help verify invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents
• Assist in preparing basic accounting reports and reconciliations
• Support filing and organization of financial documents
• Assist with accounting-related administrative tasks
• Gain exposure to financial transactions
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Accounting/Finance team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, BS Financial Management, or a related course
• Required to complete OJT / internship hours as part of the curriculum
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Preferably available for onsite OJT
