OJT / Internship Opportunity – Facade Engineering Assistant

We're looking for enthusiastic students who want to gain real industry experience, not just observe, but actively contribute to engineering projects while learning from experienced professionals.

What You'll Learn

As an OJT Intern, you'll receive hands-on training and work alongside our engineering team in:

-Drafting and detailing

-Shop Drawing & Fabrication Drawing preparation

-Introduction to Façade Engineering Systems

-Rhino (basic exposure)

-Engineering documentation and quality checking

-Real project coordination and teamwork

-Professional workplace communication

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to actual international façade projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

-Assist engineers in preparing CAD drawings and project documentation

-Support revisions and updates to engineering drawings

-Organize project files and technical documents

-Perform basic drawing quality checks

-Participate in technical discussions and team meetings

-Complete assigned learning activities and project tasks

Qualifications

We're looking for students who are:

• Currently taking Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related programs
• Required by their university to complete an OJT / Internship
• Familiar with AutoCAD (Rhino/ Revit basic knowledge is an advantage)
• Willing to learn new software and engineering processes
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Positive attitude and eager to learn
• Able to work onsite in Mandaluyong

No prior work experience is required.
