What they need
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking OJT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist our technical team in performing vehicle maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs while gaining hands-on experience in automotive servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians in performing preventive maintenance and basic vehicle repairs.
- Support vehicle inspection, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of automotive air-conditioning systems.
- Help prepare and maintain tools, equipment, and the work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or senior technicians.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an Automotive Technology, Automotive Servicing, or related vocational/technical course.
- Must be required to complete an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program.
- Willing to undergo hands-on training in automotive maintenance and repair.
- Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.
- With a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Must be willing to work on-site.
