• Design, build, and optimize complex Okta workflows to automate identity and access management processes, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document workflow requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Configure Okta Workflows using best practices and industry standards, ensuring efficient and secure identity management.
• Integrate Okta Workflows with various identity-related systems, applications, and directories to achieve unified identity and access management.
• Develop and execute test plans, perform quality assurance, and troubleshoot to ensure Okta Workflows are error-free and meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Okta Workflow designs, configurations, and implementations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Implement security controls and compliance standards within Okta Workflows to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
