OM Senior Dev

Key Accountabilities

• Design and implement telecom order management workflows using BPMN/BPNM platforms
• Develop and configure complex order orchestration logic across distributed systems
• Build and enhance workflow‑based applications supporting complete order lifecycle management
• Configure order flows involving validation, decomposition, orchestration, and execution
• Integrate OM systems with CRM, catalog, provisioning, and other downstream systems
• Develop and manage REST APIs and middleware integrations within the BSS ecosystem
• Monitor workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize high‑volume processing
• Troubleshoot fallouts, resolve workflow issues, and improve system reliability and throughput
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and enforce best development practices
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, configurations, integrations, and dependencies

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in BPMN/BPNM workflow platforms and order management solutions
• Deep understanding of order orchestration, lifecycle management, and fallout handling
• Strong experience with REST APIs, middleware integrations, and backend communication patterns
• Good understanding of telecom BSS systems including CRM, product catalog, and provisioning
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for workflow‑driven application development

Desirable Skills

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and performance optimization practices
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership abilities
