• Shipping & Order Management
• Manage shipment planning, order fulfillment, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with global import and export regulations.
• Production & Material Coordination
• Coordinate with Procurement and PMC teams on production and material schedules.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Forecast & Reporting
• Track weekly forecasts and shipment reports.
• Analyze monthly revenue and profit reports and provide updates to the Sales Team and management.
• AR & Credit Management
• Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve PO, AR, billing, invoicing, and accounting issues.
• Follow up on credit and payment-related matters.
• Process Improvement
• Review operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Sales & OA Support
• Support the Sales Team with OA-related and administrative tasks.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and related reporting.
