Job Summary

Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Chowbus
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items, including wine and spirits, to maximize sales opportunities
• Process cash and credit transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle special requests, and resolve any concerns promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including Sake,cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
