Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Omni Bus Supervisor to manage daily bus operations, coordinate with drivers, and ensure smooth transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bus operations and vehicle schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding trips, timings, and routes.
• Monitor vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.
• Ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Maintain trip records, attendance, and operational reports.
• Handle passenger concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation and report issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bus operations or transport supervision preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage drivers and daily operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record maintenance preferred.
• Responsible, punctual, and capable of handling operational challenges.
