Omni Store System Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Act as the offshore techno-functional lead for store systems support

• Partner with the onshore Store Systems SME for smooth delivery and issue resolution

• Lead and mentor offshore support teams across time zones

• Manage:

• Incident management

• Problem management

• Enhancements

• Peak support

• Service improvements

• Support and enhance:

• Store EPOS

• Other SaaS/COTS store applications

• Support reconciliation between store systems and downstream applications

• Coordinate lift-and-shift / transition support activities where required

• Oversee:

• Design coordination

• Testing

• Rollout of enhancements
